🌳 ONE SEED, ONE INSPIRATION: THE LIVING LEGACY OF TURUNÇ 🌳

Dear Turunç Friends, Neighbors, and Loyal Visitors,

During my 6 years in this unique town, I have witnessed a beautiful truth: Turunç is not just a holiday destination; it is a profound family bond and a cultural legacy passed down from grandfathers to grandchildren for 20, 40, even 50 years. In our conversations, I have always been inspired by the immense energy and the exchange of ideas coming from different countries and cultures meeting here.

We all know the heartache caused by the great fire of 2021. The current silent and barren state of the once-lush forest road between İçmeler and Turunç hurts everyone who calls this place home. However, my philosophy is not to dwell on the negative, but to focus on creating, producing, and transforming. That is why I am dedicating the 4th of my annual social responsibility projects to healing the wounds of Turunç and paying back our debt of gratitude to nature.

🎨 40 Different Skins, One Single Forest: A Collective Art Project

As a tattoo artist, my dream is to unite the stories of 40 people from different languages, ages, and cultures into one giant "Collective Tree" composition.

• The Design: I will tattoo a minimal leaf or branch—perhaps a drawing by your child or grandchild, or a tribute to a loved one who is no longer with us.

• The Grand Vision: At the end of the project, I will create a visual composition of these 40 tattoos on different skin tones. This will be a "living memory book" united around a shared ideal.

• Cost: I am charging absolutely no fee for this special work. I will personally cover all professional labor, equipment, and material costs as my contribution to this cause.

🌍 More Than a Tattoo: A Community Movement

You do not have to get a tattoo to participate. My main goal as a local business owner and artist is to inspire other colleagues and businesses by showing what we can achieve with our own resources. Whether you are a local resident or a visitor who loves Turunç, everyone is invited to this movement of kindness.

🛡️ Transparency, Science, and Official Steps

Out of respect for nature, we are conducting this process on a professional and institutional foundation:

• Official Cooperation: I have consulted with the Municipality and the Regional Directorate of Forestry. They will designate a specific area for us that is in most need of reforestation.

• Ecological Harmony: We are not planting trees at random. We will source our saplings from a nearby local nursery, selecting species recommended by experts that fit Turunç's natural ecosystem perfectly.

• Your Contribution: Based on the official General Directorate of Forestry (OGM) price list (which you can verify on their website), a symbolic contribution of approximately £5 funds the planting of 10 saplings in our project's name.

• The Process & Live Stream: Summer is not the season for planting. All donations will be held transparently, and when the correct season arrives (Fall/Spring), we will bring our saplings to the earth together. I will share that day with the world via Live Streams and photos.
